We do this by:

  • Monitoring and reviewing our services using agreed KPI’s
  • Implementing quality objectives and programmes with our Clients
  • Working with our Clients to establish best practice
  • Continuing the training of our personnel beyond Client requirements
  • Being an extension of our Client’s team

 

Quality

Datumsec has created a Quality Management System (QMS) demonstrating our commitment to our Clients.

Our system is in line with BS EN ISO9001:2000 providing an industry standard framework through which we operate. The QMS is central to Datumsec – we build our procedures through it, and use it as the benchmark for our business.

All personnel recruited by Datumsec are cleared against the British Standards BS7499 and BS7858. They are also fully trained and licensed according to the Security Industry Authority (SIA) regulations.

Our personnel also undertake Datumsec customer care and communication skills training before commencing work on our Client’s premises.

Datumsec works with every employee to create an ongoing personal development plan – our business is driven by people and it is fundamental to us that they are consistently delivering a professional and high quality of service to our Clients.
